The Oxford Martin School Programme on Ethical Web and Data Infrastructure in the Age of AI (EWADA) is a three-year programme funded by the Oxford Marin School, led by Prof Nigel Shadbolt and Prof Tim Berners-Lee from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Oxford. It is an ambitious cross-disciplinary research programme for exploring the future of reforming the concentration of power on the Web, by drawing together academics from the Blavatnik School of Government (Prof Stefan Dercon), the Faculty of Philosophy and the Institute for Ethics in AI (Professor Carissa Veliz), and the Oxford Internet Institute (Prof Sandra Wachter).
